The weekend beginning Friday 06th to Sunday 08th  December  2019 will be quite busy on Uganda’s social scene with a number of events lined up for the party goers right from music events to sports events.

01.  Wizkid Dirty December Concert

This Thursday, Wizkid will be performing live in concert in Uganda at Kololo Airstrip Independence Grounds. Get to party with the star boy while he performs all his hit songs in the dirty December dubbed concert.

Ordinary tickets cost Shs30K and VIP Shs 80K

 

02.  BUZZ Teeniez Awards’19 at MTN Warehouse

The Buzz Teeniez Awards are back, Bigger & with a fresh new Look. Go shut down 2019 in style with your favorite stars on Saturday 7th December at the MTN Warehouse

Plus catch the biggest Red carpet Experience, crazy mixes by Kampala’s illest DJs & performances by your favorite artistes

Entrance is only 10K & Gates open 10am – 6pm

03.  East African Deejay Carnival at Nyondo Club

This Saturday 7th December, catch the illest and biggest East Africa’s Deejay Carnival with Deejay Shiru while he unveils his latest Collabo with Geosteady ‘’Take It Slow’’.

The Carnival will feature Deejays from; Rwanda, Burundi, Uganda, Tanzania, and Kenya among these include; DJ Extreme from Kenya, DJ Roja from Rwanda and DJ BILI from DRC.

Lots of prizes will be won during the experience. The East African Deejay Carnival will also happen on Sunday 08th December at Devana Bar & Lounge, Bulenga.

Entrance is Shs10K & VIP Shs20K – Nyondo, and Shs10K at Devana, Bulenga.

 

04.  911 Lounge Grand Opening

This Saturday, 911 Lounge located along Salama Road will be opening its official doors to Kampala’s party animals. Passby and get an out of the world experience as they bring world class happiness at a pocket friendly price to Kampala for the first time ever.

The Grand Opening will feature great performances from Winnie Nwagi, Karole Kasita, VIP Jemo and Kapa Cat Sikyo and Galaxy FM presenters and Djs.

Doors open by 6pm

 

05.  Love Meets Hip Hop at Zone 7 Kampala

If you are a Hip Hop fan, get to watch some hip hop performances at Zone 7 this Friday as Hip Hop blends with love Featuring Solome Basuuta, St. Nelly-Sade, Sandra Nankoma, Timothy Code and The Mith starting 7pm.

Entrance Fee: Shs25K

 

06.  Dance Invasion at YMCA Kampala

Party Pipo Entertainment will be hosting Dance Invasion at YMCA basketball Court this Saturday starting 2pm prompt.

Entrance will be Shs10K for General, VIP Shs20K and a Table Shs200K

 

07.  Cindy Live at Nexus Lounge

You know the proggie, Every first Thursday of the month Cindy Sanyu performs live with her band at Nexus lounge in Najjera Kampala Uganda. Get to party this Thursday 5th December, with the Dancehall King herself as she fires your soul with energetic music to usher you into the weekend.

Showtime is 9pm.

 

08.  Koroga Festival at the Gardens Najjera

Tusker Lite together with My Food Network are bringing you the 4th edition of Koroga Festival on Saturday 7th December, 2019 at The Gardens, Najjera.

There will be a choice of 6 chefs cooking different delicacies and at a fee of 25K you get either a Coke or Tusker Lite and eat food from one of your favourite chefs.

Event ends with a Silent Disco and Karaoke

Kick off time is 2pm.

 

09.  Uganda – Japan Festival 2019 at Yamasen Japanese Restaurant

This Saturday, the Uganda – Japanese Festival 2019 now in its 5th edition will take place at Yamasen Japanese Restaurant in Muyenga.

Get thrilled to pop up in the garden space in the new Japanese restaurant with stage performance, cultural experience tenants and Japanese festival food tenants all for free starting 12 Noon-5pm

The event is organized by Japanese Embassy and Japanese Association Uganda to introduce Japanese culture in Kampala.

 

10.  Rukundo Egumeho 8th Edition at Lugogo Cricket Oval

This Sunday, get to Celebrate Culture through music, art, food and social networking at the annual Rukundo Egumeho 8th Edition event that aims to bring together all the Bakiga on a one day Networking Event, Fun, Picnic among other amazing activities taking place at Lugogo Cricket Oval.

Expect lots of entertainment and favorite Bakiga drinks and foods like; Obusheera, Eshabwe among others.
