Local Musician cum politician, embattled Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu alias Bobi Wine has this morning announced upcoming date for the previously two time blocked Namboole Kyarenga Concert.
The upcoming Kyarenga Concert is slated for 10th November 2018 at One Love Beach, Busabala where lots of performances and fun activities are lined up.
Commenting about the upcoming concert early this morning at Firebase Studios located in Kamwokya, Kampala suburb , Bobi Wine attributed previous challenges to Namboole Management and some people in public offices who made it difficult for the show to happen even after negotiating on the date twice with the first one being 13th October which was pushed to 20th October due to the Football match between Uganda and Lesotho and later on canceled by a FUFA letter to Namboole Management through FUFA President Engineer Moses Magogo for reasons of CAF accreditation by CAF senior team due to visit the stadium for games prior 2019.
Bobi Wine added that ‘’After several discussions with Firebase Management fans and stake holders in the music fraternity, the second best option is Busabala, we will surely miss Namboole because it would be quite spacious to accommodate large multitudes though now that the concert has been shifted to Busabala, those who enjoy beach life are invited in plenty as lots of Artistes are line up to entertain revelers and also security is guaranteed by Uganda Police as we have already sent in a letter for request of enough man power ‘’.
