2019 Miss Uganda Contestants unveiled at a colorful ceremony

Kezzy Entertainment, the main brains behind the Miss Uganda beauty contests recently unveiled a number of 22 girls competing for this year’s Miss Uganda beauty pageants during a vivid ceremony held at Kampala Sheraton hotel.

The event was organised by Talent Africa together with MTN Uganda who tagged along as the official sponsors for this year’s pageants.

The 2019 Miss Uganda beauty contestants are;

Mariam Mohamed aged 21 years, Wakiso resident, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in procurement and Logistics.

Gloria Nawanyaga aged 23 years, a law student from Masaka

Anshemeza Santina, 21 years, Kiruhura resident, currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in public administration at Uganda Christian University.

Braxton Braxy Kempango, Kabarole resident, aged 21 years. She holds a General certificate in Secondary Education.

Nyamatte Mariam, aged 21 years, holds a diploma in law. She hails from Ntugamo.

Nabirah Nagawa, Wakiso resident, 22 years of age. Fashion and Design diploma holder.

Petronella Acen, from Kole district, 25 years of age, currently pursuing a Barchelor’s degree in Education.

Nusula Nabirye aged 20, resident of Jinja, pursuing a Diploma in business administration.

Claire Gift Kabahemba, 21 years from Kyenjonjo, Bachelor’s degree in Education student at Makerere University.

Margrate Naimuli aged 24 years, Student of Journalism and mass Communication, Kamuli dweller.

Namawa Rebecca Phine, Mbale dweller, aged 25 years; she holds an advanced certificate of education though currently pursuing a diploma in accounting technician.

Carolyn Rukundo, Ibanda resident, aged 23 years; she holds a diploma in international air transport.

Elizabeth Bagaya, 24 years, from Kampala, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management.

Annie Tricia Tamale, aged 20 years, currently pursuing a Barchelor’s degree in Fashion and Design, Mpigi – Butambala resident.

Elizabeth Nakayiza Kigula, aged 19 years, resident of Mpigi, student of business statistics at degree level.

Kusiima Bronnie Divine, 18 years old, student of Nursing at degree level and Kanungu resident.

Sheilah Kababoopi Abwooli, aged 22 years from Kabarole, pursuing a Barchelor’s degree of arts with Education at Kyambogo University.

Sibella Raphaela Nsiimire,  22 years of age, student at Makerere University Business School, pursuing Barchelor’s degree in commerce and Kabale resident.

Angel Akullo,  20 years of age from Lira, pursuing a Barchelor’s degree in procurement and logistics management.



Beatrice Aol, aged 24 years, resident of Kitgum, holds a Barchelor’s degree in fashion and textile design.

Uwimbabazi Lucky, aged 26 years, holds a degree in business administration and specializing in accounting, she hails from Kisoro.

Oliver Nakakande, aged 24 years, Bombo resident, currently pursuing a Barchelor’s degree in business management and marketing.

Miss Uganda CEO, Ms Brenda Nanyonjo lauded stakeholders for the collaboration in grooming 2019 contestants.

The crowning ceremony of the Miss Uganda beauty pageants will be held on July 26th at Kampala Sheraton hotel.
