This year, the Uganda Coffee Day 2021- an annual coffee event will be hosted in Mbale City, Eastern Uganda.
Organized by Uganda Coffee Federation (UCF) and Uganda Coffee Development Authority (UCDA), this coffee day event will take place on October 7th, 2021 as coffee stakeholders are expected to attend the event to run under the theme “A Celebration of Arabica and the Mount Elgon Coffees” so as to also celebrate Mount Elgon’s contribution to coffee development today and into the future, and to also launch the Drink Uganda Coffee Month – a national premier domestic consumption program plus jump start domestic tourism with emphasis on coffee tourism, following the Covid-19 lockdown and its impact on coffee tourism.
