Yella Cultural Festival is a project conceived by the Senegandan (Senegalese origin/Ugandan resident) percussionist and musician, Mame N’Diack Seck Thiam (Mame Sounds). The festival aims at bringing young people together to embrace cultural heritage and diversity through the arts.
