This Christmas season, customers of the luxurious Forest Cottages will be treated to numerous discounts on accommodation, food and beverages. Dhaval Macchar, the General Manager of Forest Cottages, in an interview said customers will get a 15 % discount on accommodation. This offer comes with breakfast served in the morning until 15th January 2017.
However couples have a special package where they pay $110 and get a full board offer that guarantees them accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner for a single night. This offer has been reduced from the usual $138 to enable couples enjoy this Christmas season.
“One can book for more than one night. Our customers are welcome and can stay for as long as they want. We have different rooms and pricing,” Dhaval said. Standard Double Room costs &72, one bedroom cottage, which can be occupied by a couple costs $90, two bedroom cottage (with two bedrooms each with different double bed) costs $120, the three bedroom cottage, which is good for a family or five people costs $165 per one night.
Dhaval explained that they are targeting local tourist, travelers and Ugandans on holiday. “We are not only looking at corporate customers; we are mainly focusing on local travelers this festive season. We want them to enjoy the festive season affordably,” he explained.
The luxurious hotel has also cut down the price of a meal. On Christmas eve and Christmas day, Forest Cottages customers will be parting with 45, 000 for the three course Christmas meal. The meal will consist of a selection of starters, different selection of the main meal, and a wide selection disserts. The meal’s menu will be continental however local food can be prepared on group order of more than 20people.
Customers, during this festive season, will enjoy good serene music in the cool gardens, candle light dinners and good customer service. Customers will get a complimentary drink to enjoy alongside the meal.
