Kampala, Uganda: DStv Uganda, the leading pay TV in Uganda has rolled out a massive campaign dubbed ‘We are the Premium league’.
Effective 11th August 2017 DStv customers stand a chance to win themselves various prizes including Explora decoders, club jersey’s, and much more by either renewing their subscription on DStv Premium, Compact or Compact Plus or buying a full kit Zapper decoder.
DStv Marketing Manager, Phoebe Nakabazzi while addressing the media at the MultiChoice Uganda head offices in Kololo noted the football season is back, bigger and better. She said, “The world’s most watched sports league is back and as MultiChoice, we are excited to be the soul providers of the Premier League through our SuperSport brand. We are going all out this season by appreciating our customers through rewarding their loyalty for the immense support they have given us.”
DStv through its SuperSport Brand maintains the right to broadcast the English Premier League in Africa. The tournament is contested by 20 member clubs and will broadcast all the 380 matches in the season.

DStv Sales Manager, Herbert Walugembe said, “This promotion takes effect on 11th August 2017 and whoever buys a Zapper decoder which is now being sold at a reduced price of Ugx 132,500 or if one renews their subscription on Premium, Compact and Compact Plus packages during this time will automatically enter the draw to win Explora’s and various prizes. Explora decoder winners will be announced weekly.”
