On Saturday August 11th 2018 there will be open outdoor of Joint Energy and Environment Projects (JEEP) Event for everyone to watch, learn and have fun of the beautiful green grounds in Kyanja, Kampala. Get an insight into activities of the environmental sector through guided tours and demonstrations. There will be an exhibition of technical solutions like solar energy, energy saving stoves, briquette making and many more.
Use the opportunity to try dried fruits from a solar dryer and popcorn made with a biogas cooker. Tutors will also show you how you can save energy with a hay basket. There will be bouncing castle and games for Children. Affordable food and drinks as well as music and dance will be offered.
