The anticipated storms were said to cause limited runway capacity at the Airport as only one runway can be taken into use for the meantime.
However, the company called upon passengers to keep visiting their official website klm.com as all upto date information will be disseminated on the portal for both arrival and departure updates.
Not only KLM cancelled flights to Schiphol this Tuesday 8th January, more than 25% of all Amsterdam Airport Schiphol flights had been already called off as concerned passengers were informed and rerouted.
