Nigerian Raggae dancehall sensation, Patrick Nnaemeka Okorie, better known by his stage name Patoranking will be performing live in Wilmer Concert this Friday 25th October, 2019.
News reaching our desk indicates that the Nigerian music super star will be arriving at Entebbe International Airport tonight at 12:00am ahead of the concert. His arrival will be followed by a press briefing and engagement with local media to confirm presence in the Pearl Of Africa.
Patoranking – Wilmer concert is organised by Evoke Uganda in partnership with Ubuntu connect and XFM.
In June this year, Patoranking’s team from Nigeria met and engaged music stakeholders including Media at Mackinon suites hotel – terrace lounge in Kampala alongside event organisers and partners to officially release his newest Album ‘’Wilmer’’ to the Ugandan market. It was at this gathering that soft affirmations of the dancehall icon returning to Uganda first started swirling. The Suh different hit maker needs no introduction with his sun soaked sounds and massive hits splurging around the airwaves. His most recent collabo with Uganda’s Fresh buoy; Fik Fameica titled ‘’Omu Bwati’’ stands as one of the country’s most celebrated musical anthems of the year.
Patoranking is one of Africa’s biggest music exports to the entire world. While in Uganda Patoranking will have a meet and greet party with fans at Throne Lounge, Bugolobi on Thursday Evening.
