Kampala, Uganda: 23rd June 2016– The Starwood Preferred Guests – Professional (SPG Pro) members where appreciated for their loyalty and continued support to the Sheraton Kampala. The SPG Pro program is designed to reward the bookers for the business they bring to the Hotel and other Starwood Hotels worldwide as well. The program allows SPG Pro members to accrue points that they can redeem through various reward options.
“We are very grateful to company administrators who took up the SPG Pro loyalty program and signed up their companies. We do not take it for granted and we appreciate the continued support. This event has now become something of a tradition for us at the Sheraton Kampala and is also a chance to meet with you face-to-face,” Said the Sheraton Director of Sales and Marketing.
The SPG Pro members are treated to a cocktail and an end of year dinner every year where they are rewarded with various prizes including a weekend for two in the presidential suit. This is always organized to thank and recognize outstanding members and their companies, and enable the hotel management to interact with the members and other stakeholders who bring business to the hotel.
The Director of Sales and Marketing Mrs. Jenifer Musiime thanked the SPG Pro members for turning up and mostly for continuously supporting Sheraton Kampala Hotel and encouraged all office administrators and managers to sign up for the SPG Pro program to enjoy classified services and offers on the SPG Pro profile.
“We value your unremitting support and we promise to do more and more to make you and your guests’ experience at Sheraton memorable. We have launched a new menu called “Paired” which allows you to order for a meal and drink at the cost of food alone meaning the drink served is a bonus to the meal. We also encourage all our customers to try out all our facilities like the fitness Centre, swimming pool, Temptations confectionary shop, our amazing restaurants and bar to mention but a few. ” remarked
