At the Sheraton Hotel Kampala, Uganda joined the rest of the world on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, to observe World Tourism Day, with the theme "rethinking tourism."  The focus of the theme is on how industry participants can reconsider their strategies for persuading the general public to appreciate nature in a sustainable and eco-tourist manner.
