This August, Lugogo Cricket Oval skies will be filled by great Raggae music as popular Jamaican Raggae sensation Tarrus Riley will be star performer at the 10 years of Swangz Avenue Allstars and Bell Jamz grand concert come 31st August 2018.
Real names Omar Riley born on April 26th 1979 in Bronx, New York in the United States of America and raised in Jamaica, Tarrus Riley is a house – hold name for most Ugandan Raggae lovers and a member of the Rastafarian Movement. With songs such as She’s Royal, Gimmie likkle one drop, Just the way you are, Don’t come back, Superman, Good Girl gone bad, Cool me down, Stay with you, Something strong among many more which are all vibrant in most Ugandan night spots.
Crème de la crème Ugandan artists listed to perform include; Raba Daba, Vinka, A- Pass, Sheebah, Bebe Cool, Navio, Vampos, Madox Ssemanda Ssematimba, Winnie Nwagi, Weasel and Mun G.
Swangz Avenue founder, Mugumbya Benon said that this show is abit unique and different much as Tarrus Riley is an international award winning guest artist, he will have to perform alongside Ugandan artistes unlike other concerts where Ugandans curtain raise for international counterparts.
