The weekend beginning Friday 12th to Sunday 14th April 2019 will be quite busy on Uganda’s social scene with a number of events lined up for the party goers right from music events to sports events.

01. Red Chilli Murchison Falls 3 Day Big Five Safari
Red Chilli has organised a three days safari at Murchison Falls National Park starting Saturday 13th till 15th April 2019.
The Red Chili safari will offer 3 Day Big Five Safari at $380 per person for three different scheduled Murchison Falls tours.
One of the highlights of this trip is the mighty River Nile, which bisects the park and goes through the rock at Murchison Falls, plunging into the Devil’s Cauldron below.
The trip also includes rhino tracking at the Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary, south of Masindi, allowing a possible viewing of all the classic Big 5 game animals – lion, elephant, buffalo, leopard and rhino
02. Entebbe Easter Tourism, Art & Craft Expo
The Entebbe Easter Tourism, Art & Craft Expo is on this Friday 12th April and will go on til 22nd of April 2019.
Daily Activities include art and craft exhibition, cultural entertainment from Buganda, Bunyoro, Ankole, Teso, Busoga, Westnile, Acholi etc, tree planting every evening, bird watching (Entebbe Botanical Gardens, & Mabamba), Entebbe Zoo visits, Boat cruise Lake Victoria site seeing, Evening Boat Cruise to Equator Island, Boat cruise to Ngamba Island Chimpanze Sanctuary.

03. Art & Crafts Easter Market happening at De Kabalaza, Bukoto
The Art and Crafts Easter Market will be a public event run from Saturday 13th – 14th April 2019 and organized by Acoustic Teddy Nabisenke.
The event will take place at De Kabalaza plot 17 Bukoto Street starting 10am to 8pm each day.
Expected are Crafts, Dancing, Music, Eats and drinks, networking Art shopping etc.

04. Comedy nite at Mariz Pub
Have a full dose of laughter and good time from your favorite local comedians this Saturday 13th April at Mariz pub, Najjera Road opposite Hass.
05. Football match between Lango and Ankole
The second season of the provincial Fufa Drum tournament is here yet again. On Saturday 13th April, get to watch Lango province take on Ankole Province at Uganda Technical College (UTC) playground Lira from 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM.
06. Nile Special 5 Aside
The weekend is coming with chances. Now here is the plot. Nile Special is calling upon all footballers and everyone, giving them a chance to show that they have what it takes to represent Uganda at the Africa 5s finals in Tanzania.
To qualify for the opportunity, you will need to buy 5 Nile Specials at any participating outlets, form a team and begin your journey to glory!
The event will take place on 13th, 14th and 27th April.

09. Self-Care Saturday April Edition at Big Kafunda
The Self-Care Saturday edition is back with a bang and this time activities include; Soul kitchen, live painting, music, Yoga, Drum circle.
Catch performances from Winnie Lando with Dj Decay this Saturday 13th April 2019 starting 2pm up-to-late at the Big Kafunda.
Entrance is free.
10. Guvnor Saturday Night Fever
Here’s a proggie for you this Saturday, get to dance in the ultimate Guvnor Saturday night fever as Deejays; Dash, Bryan, VJ Baby Love, and MC Mozeso take you on a night long musical trip.
Dress code is Smart causal, entrance is Shs30, 000 and Showtime is 9pm.
