03. 2024 Blind Football Uganda Championship
Blind Football Uganda brings you the 2024 Blind Football Uganda Championship, set to take place at the East End pitch, Kyambogo University, on Sunday 27th October 2024, starting 8AM – 5PM.
This year’s tournament marks the third edition of the championship, bringing together eight male teams from across the country to compete in an exciting showcase of talent, resilience, and teamwork.
The event celebrates inclusivity in sports, offering a platform for visually impaired athletes to display their skills and passion for football. The Blind Football Uganda Championship aims to foster community support, inspire broader engagement with adaptive sports, and enhance awareness about the capabilities of visually impaired athletes.
04. Urological Camp at UMC Victoria Hospital
UMC Victoria Hospital in Bukoto invites the public to attend the Urological Camp from 27th to 30th October 2024. Running daily from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, this event offers a valuable opportunity for individuals to receive diagnosis and treatment for various urological conditions.
This four-day camp will feature top medical professionals specializing in urological health, providing consultations, diagnostics, and treatment options aimed at improving patient well-being.
05. Caesar Kajura Live at the Jazz Benefit Concert
This Friday, get ready for an enchanting evening as Caesar Kajura graces the stage for a live performance at the Jazz Benefit Concert, set to be held at the Sheraton Kampala Hotel.

07. Acholi Students Inter-Varsity Gala at Sharing Youth Centre Nsambya
This Saturday, students from the various Universities and learning Institutions will participate in the Acholi Students Inter-Varsity Gala at Sharing Youth Centre Nsambya under the theme ‘’Togetherness in Diversity’’.
Entrance: UGX10K Non-students and Students UGX5K.
The event is organised by Acholi Students Union.
08. Yeffe Band at Land Star Hotel Makindye
This Friday, Yeffe Band will be playing live at Land Star Hotel in Makindye in a night dubbed ‘’Fiesta Friday’’.
Expect lots of entertainment from the band as well as DJ Khan who will groove you all night long with urban top chart hits.

10. 3rd Breast Cancer Awareness Dance Workout
Join the Uganda Women’s Cancer Support Organisation (Uwocaso) for the 3rd Breast Cancer Awareness Dance Workout this Friday at MTN Arena Lugogo from 5PM – 7PM. This event is dedicated to raising awareness about breast cancer under the theme “No one should face breast cancer alone.”
This exciting event aims to promote fitness, foster community spirit, and educate participants about breast cancer awareness. Attendees will kick off the evening with a dynamic warm-up stretching session, followed by an invigorating fitness workout led by experienced instructors.
To show your support for this vital cause, you can purchase a workout kit for just 20,000UGX. Proceeds from kit sales will go directly towards building a shelter for cancer patients, providing them with much-needed support and care during their treatment journey.
