The Uganda National Cultural Centre annual art and culture festival with the theme: employment creation for women and youth in arts and culture industry with activities like symposia, exhibitions, stage plays, film workshops, dance, music, live bands among many more will be happening this Saturday 3rd & 04th November 2018.
