Over the weekend, tourism enthusiasts from all walks of life gathered at Uganda Museum to set for a splendid two days adventure organized by Chocolate Safaris, a new tours and travel company aimed at promoting domestic tourism with unflinching focus on agro-tourism.
On the very first day, travellers went to H.E President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni’s Demonstration Farm in Kawumu, Luwero where they intensively learnt about agriculture and later had a sumptuous lunch therein.
The already spirited team then visited the mighty Karuma Falls, only to be overwhelmed by the breath taking views shortly before proceeding to Packwach for dinner.
Uganda’s largest national park, Murchison Falls was upon them and while here, the team camped at Heritage Safari Lodge and wrapped up the night with stories and captivating games on bonfire.
In the wee hours of the following day, they went for a game drive where they spotted and learnt about countless wild animals and also had a priceless sights and sounds experience.
