The season’s premier for Evoke night season three will be taking place come Friday 26th April 2019 at the Lugogo based Forest Mall parking.
This time around, the episode is a thrilling ride as Evoke is determined to select out the best talents in each Evoke elements of Poetry /Spoken word, Vocal skills, Fashion, Rap, Dance not forgetting Live Band skills as participants with these talents will be given a stage to showcase what they can do best on the same stage.
A talent search campaign is going to be on social media, scouring to witness which country has in offer for all Evoke season three elements as the best participants per element will battle out on during the event day for grand prizes among which include; Cash, gadgets, professional training , mentorship and management as the competitions will be split into four episodes for four months then select out crème de la crème to compete against each other in semi – finals, in October during the season finale, the grand victor will claim their position at the top with an all – round prize give away.
Evoke night is also currently running the DJ and Dance talent search for the premier episode, willing participants as deadline for submissions was April 12th and successful participants were announced yesterday Tuesday 16th April 2019 on social media. Successful candidates are currently having, one week training with guidance from their mentors as they prepare for the season premier event on April 26th where they will perform alongside others. To participate in this campaign, participants were advised to record a one minute video of them performing their DJ or dance routine, Upload this video on their social media page and tag Evoke Uganda on Facebook or Evoke_ug on Twitter and Instagram. Contestants must engage their friends and fans to like their videos because likes count as public votes. The public will have a 40% stake and the judges a 60% stake in the final results.

The season premier, dubbed “The Rebirth” tells a tale of new beginnings and conquering unexplored territory with profound optimism. Six participants selected from the DJ and Dance talent call will leave it all on the stage as they battle to be crowned victor of the night. These competitions will run alongside performances in fashion, Vocal play, live band and so much more.
Voting at event
Organisers have sectioned a voting segment in the event programme to nominate the over-all winner in DJ and dance out of all the competitors. Like as is in the social media campaign, the public will be allowed to vote and their vote carries a bearing of 40% on the final result. The public will use their bottle tops from club pilsner beers bought at the event to vote. Available will be one box for each participant stationed for the public to vote. The MC will encourage people to vote throughout the event for better results.
There will also be a Judges’ panel at the front, comprising of one representative from Evoke, Dance and DJ. Their vote will carry a 60% bearing. Results will be tallied and one participant crowned victor in the two elements at the end of the night.
Evoke night season three will premiere on the 26th April at Lugogo forest mall parking, starting 7pm at only 20,000 UGX.
