Synopsis
Captain Eddie “Reaper” Grimm is a drone pilot in the US Air Force. He provides air support from a General Atomics MQ-9 Reaper to a US Army Delta Force team that has been sent to rescue a CIA spy in the southern Philippines. Unfortunately, after a mishap against the Abu Sayyaf, Sergeant JJ “Playboy” Kinney, a young Air Force TACP officer attached to the drone team as its JTAC, seems to be the only survivor. Kinney is then sent to an extraction point, relying only on Reaper’s remote air support.
Once Kinney arrives at the extraction point, he is intercepted by the Abu Sayyaf, depleting the ammunition of Grimm’s drone. This forces the endangered extraction helicopter to leave.
Trying to reach another extraction point, Kinney loses his rifle and ends up captured once his pistol is out of ammunition. One of his squad mates, Master Sergeant John “Sugar” Sweet, turns out to be alive and breaks Kinney out while telling him that Sergeant Bishop was taken prisoner to Abu Sayyaf’s base in a series of caves. Using Sweet’s radio, Kinney contacts Grimm, who schedules three bombings to hit the base, split apart by 15 minutes. However, Grimm is forced by his superiors to take a leave for having exceeded his shift. Kinney and Sweet raid an Abu Sayyaf facility before being captured and taken to their prison.

Dune Part 2 To Premier on Friday
Movie enthusiasts in Uganda are yet to receive part 2 of the blockbuster movie titled ‘’Dune’’ to show on 1st March 2024 at all Century Cinemax branches.
Synopsis
Dune: Part Two is an epic science fiction film directed by Denis Villeneuve and co-written by Jon Spaihts. It is scheduled to release in 2024 as the sequel to the 2021 movie, Dune. Part Two is the second of a two-part adaptation of Frank Herbert’s 1965 novel Dune. The story follows Paul Atreides, who joins forces with the Fremen people of the desert planet Arrakis, to overthrow House Harkonnen.
The cast includes Timothée Chalamet, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Stellan Skarsgård, Dave Bautista, Zendaya, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem, reprising their roles from the first movie, with Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken, and Léa Seydoux joining the ensemble. Princess Irulan Corrino maintains a secret journal, where she writes that Paul Atreides may still be alive. Her father, Emperor Shaddam IV, is disappointed after House Atreides’ downfall. On their way to Sietch Tabr on Arrakis, Stilgar’s Fremen troops, including Paul and Lady Jessica, face a Harkonnen ambush but successfully defeat it. At the Sietch, some Fremen suspect Jessica and Paul of being spies. However, some have faith in them, believing in the prophecy of a mother and son bringing prosperity to Arrakis.
Stilgar informs Jessica that their Reverend Mother is dying and convinces her to drink the Water of Life, a fatal poison that is deadly to males and the untrained, to become her replacement. She transmutes the poison and survives, inheriting the memories of every female ancestor in her genetic lineage. Unbeknownst to anyone but Paul, Jessica is pregnant with his sister. The Water of Life awakens her daughter’s mind before birth. Following this, Jessica begins to have spiritual conversations with the child in her womb. She believes that those in the North of Arrakis must be convinced first of the prophecy, starting with the weak-minded. Although Chani and her friend Shishakli initially think the prophecy is false, Paul’s speech about not seeking power and only wanting to fight alongside them earns Chani’s respect.
