Hundreds Turn Up for the Wildlife Marathon

On Sunday morning, hundreds of Ugandans thronged the Uganda Museum to participate in the Uganda Wildlife Marathon 2024, as all proceeds were geared towards educating the children of fallen rangers.

The run was flagged off by the State Minister of Tourism, Hon. Martin Mugarra Bahinduka.

REMA Namakula Puts Up Energetic Performance at Sheraton

On Friday, social media and Kampala’s party scene went awash with flamboyant images live from the fully packed Sheraton Kampala Hotel as the ‘’Melodies of Love’’ concert attracted a pool of revellers.

By 8 p.m., Kampala party animals were already in maximum attendance to witness the most-awaited performance from songbird Rema Namakula.

Rema was later joined by artists including The Ben from Rwanda, B2C, Aaron, Irene Ntale, and Juliana, among others.

Queenz of Kidongo Laze Up Guvnor

Guvnor Uganda was spiced up during the Saturday Night Fever as Queenz of Kidongo edition including Lynda Ddane, Sheila, Lavet, FEM DJ, DJ Brian, and VJ Baby Love put the house to maximum entertainment.

King Saha, Madoxx Promise London Fans Sweet Melodies

On Friday, Ugandan male vocal crooner King Saha couldn’t take a rest before promising London music fans the best of music come March 2nd, 2024, at the Royal Regency Hotel.

King Saha will be hosted together with Uganda’s legendary reggae maestro, Madoxx Ssemanda Ssematimba.

REMA Namakula shortlisted to Perform at the UB40 Featuring Ali Campbell Concert

After the just concluded ”Melodies of Love” concert at the Sheraton Hotel Kampala, 2024 seems to be a year of rebound from a whole long musical silence for songbird Rema Namakula.

She has been added to the exciting line-up of performers including Vinka, Bebe Cool, Elijah Kitaka, Weasel, Vampino, DJ Naselow, Party Pipo, and Abeeka Band, all performing at the UB40 featuring Ali Campbel this Saturday, March 2, 2024, at the Kololo Independence Grounds.

Peter Morghan Succumbs to Death

Morghan Heritage, a Jamaican Grammy Award-winning band, announced on Sunday the demise of their lead singer, Peter Morghan, also known as ‘’Peetah’’.

Peter led the heritage band, which consists of five children of fallen reggae artist Denroy Morghan, including Una Morghan, Roy Gramps Morghan, Nakhamya ‘’Lukes’’ Morghan, and Memmalatel ‘’Mr Mojo’’ Morghan.
