This Friday, Eva Lazarus from UK will be entertaining party goers at Mungo’s HiFi, The Square.
Mungo’s HiFi are one of the biggest names in reggae music worldwide. From humble origins in Scotland, they have played countless sell-out shows on every continent, made an album with Major Lazer, and have hundreds of major releases featuring artists like Chronixx, Max Romeo, Eek-A-Mouse, Yellowman, Sugar Minott, Eric Donaldson, Johnny Clarke and more.
They have earned the loyalty of millions of fans and DJs through a unique and pioneering production style, incorporating ska, roots, dubstep and even calypso.
The UK’s finest reggae collective comes back to Uganda for the first time since their headline appearance at the first Nyege Nyege Festival in 2015. They are showcasing their newest star vocalist, the singer/rapper Eva Lazarus, whose latest hit single Amsterdam is already clocking hundreds of thousands of hits.
