Water Proof hiking boots and gladiators
For one to have a successful gorilla trekking activity, a tourist needs  to wear  water proof hiking boots and gladiators to curb slippery trails and protect them from mud incase there are heavy rains.

 

Long Sleeved Shirts

Long sleeved shirts help to protect one’s hands from being exposed to Nettles bites, branches, thorns, and scratches that may arise out of bushy environments and trees.

 

Proof Hat

Wearing a proof Hat protects one’s head from scorching sun and rainfall that may drop anytime in the course of the day.

 

Gardening Gloves

Wearing gardening gloves protects you from nettles bites and scratches from bush trees while on a tour.

 

Rain Coat Jacket

Gorilla trekking sites at times receive heavy down pours due to their nature of being mountainous zones,  wearing a rain coat jacket protects one from rainfall and also keeps  you fully warm amidst cold temperatures.

 

Wear Long Proof Trousers

Long proof trousers such as Jeans, Khakis, and leather protects one from being pierced by thorns, bush  trees among others that one may encounter while taking on a gorilla trek.

 

Insect Repellents

Carrying insect repellents protects you from being beaten by harmful insects   such as mosquitoes, among other bites you may come through while carrying out the activity.

 

Other necessities

Other necessities to carry for Gorilla Trekking include Water proof rack sack, Binoculars, a Flash Camera, Drinking water and Snacks as well as a hiking stick to enable one still move even if they still feel hectic.
