Top 10 Events happening in Uganda this Weekend

The weekend beginning Friday 29th  to Sunday 31st March  2019 will be quite busy on Uganda’s social scene with a number of events lined up for the party goers right from music events to sports events.

As always at Guide2Uganda we shall do our best to summarize for you all the events so that you can make up your pick. Here is what’s happening on the Events Calender this Weekend.




01.  Ykee Benda’s  Singa concert at Kampala Serena hotel

Bell Jamz presents Ykee Benda live in his maiden concert titled ‘Singa’ at Kampala Serena Hotel Friday evening March 29 2019.

Expect lots of fun and an energetic music performance from the multi-award-winning African singer Ykee Benda.

Tickets are 100k and 3 million shillings for a table.

 

02.  Enoo Napa performing at Sip N Dip Seventh Edition

This Friday, Enoo Napa will be performing at Sip N Dip seventh edition taking place at Cayenne Restaurant and Lounge.

Expect other performances from Moses Rallo, Cheek-O Dread, Hola Jefe, Phoebeats, Margaux b2b, Khalidos and Another mad man.

Gate fee: UGX15K, Showtime is 7PM

 

03.  Neonic Party at the Five Horsemen, Kansanga 

Get to party at the ultimate Neonic night experience happening at the Five horsemen, Kansanga – Gaba Road this Friday.

Expect a high end neon-fluorescent light installation+ Paint + Quality sound well as fabulous music from Deejays like; Margaux (BE), Izaya, and Since88 as they will be playing you genres of House, Techno and Trap music.

Entrance is UGX15K, Event begins at 7PM

 

04.  Kwivuga happening at 110, Industrial area

Kwivuga is back with a new a bang, this time round, the event will be happening at plot 110, Industrial area as ten percent proceeds will go to Kabale Restoration Centre for Disabled Kids.

Lots of Poetry, Art and Music throughout the night.

Entrance is UGX30K at the Entrance and UGX20K Online.

 

05.  ‘’Pieces of my Life’’ Book Launch at Emin Pasha Hotel

This Thursday, Liz Elizabeth will be launching three of her writing projects; Pieces of my Life, the Word for Today Journal and the Word For Today 366 days a year at Emin Pasha hotel starting 6pm.

Ticket sales go for UGX 100,000/- inclusive of a cocktail and all three items, UGX 50,000/- inclusive of a cocktail and the book.

06.  Dj Spin Off with Dj Herbert & Dj Harold at Club Amnesia

Deejays; Herbert and Harold will be facing off in the ultimate DJ Spin Off at Club Amnesia.

Lots of music to be played all night long as drinks will all be discounted.

Entrance is absolutely free.

 

07.  Super Weekend Dance Party at Mist Bar, Kabale

 

This Weekend, the Mist Bar will be entertaining patrons on a two days nonstop night out dubbed super weekend taking place between Friday 29th and Saturday 30th March 2019.

The Party will be hosted by Kigezi region’s super deejay; DJ Frankie, DJ Young Frank and Selector Amen. Entrance is free and the party begins at 8PM.

 

08.  Club Amnesia Campus Night featuring Pallaso

Pallaso will be at Club Amnesia this Thursday Campus night as he premieres his latest music video titled ‘’Wine and Wine’’.

The self-proclaimed King of the East will also be performing back to back hit songs that have hit the airwaves in the past.

Music mixes by all Galaxy FM deejays; Nimrod, Switch, Herbert and Deeno

Entrance is free to all Campus with a valid Campus ID.

 

09.  Guvnor Friday Night with Iryn Namubiru and Afrigo Band

Catch the Guvnor Friday night on 29th March featuring Iryn Namubiru and Afrigo Band as they will be taking you on a night long musical journey.

Entrance is UGX50K and Showtime is 9pm.

 

10.  Guvnor Saturday Night Fever

Here’s a proggie for you this Saturday, get to dance in the ultimate Guvnor  Saturday night fever as Deejays; Dash, Bryan, VJ Baby Love, and MC Mozeso take you on a night long musical trip.

Dress code is Smart causal, entrance is Shs30, 000 and Showtime is 9pm.
