The weekend beginning Friday 18th to Sunday  20th  December  2020  will be quite busy on Uganda’s social and digital scene with a number of events lined up for the different individuals right from digital  events to tours and E-Conference events.

01. Silent Disco At After6 Adjumani

This Friday, there will be a virtual silent disco hosted by Yetunde Boyz  at After 6 Biyaya featuring the illest top Deejays.


Each headset costs 15k without a drink and then 20k with a bottle of beer
as there will be many activities and games to play that day.

02. BBQ Friday at Golden Tulip Canaan Kampala

Catch his Grace Orphanage Ministry Uganda at a Digital Christmas scheduled to take place this Friday aimed at Celebrating Christmas with Kids.

04. WNISMASS  In Jinja

As usual, every year, WNIS meets  up with the less fortunate and homeless people in a certain district for lunch, sharing problems and joy altogether, and also to share the joy of the birth of Christ Jesus. This Time round in a different way observing SOPs for COVID-19, they  will be meeting families individually for the Christmas package especially in Jinja.


This Friday December  18th 2020, the Non Profit Organisation will be in Jinja district, Eastern Uganda.

06. Boda Boda Lounge Kampala Edition at 32º East – Ugandan Arts Trust

Boda Boda Lounge is back- The cross-continental video art festival takes place simultaneously at over 15 spaces across the African continent every two years.

Selected from over 112 entries by artists across almost 25 countries, the final list for this 4th edition includes 16 artists and artist collectives from Africa and the diaspora.

Join the Boda Boda Lounge Kampala Edition daily repeated screenings at 32° East which will take place on 23rd November  till 18th December from 11:00AM to 5:00PM at their new location in Kabalagala on Sonko Road (behind Equity Bank), Kabalagala.

09. Kids Christmas Gifts Party Celebrations

Every year, Child Support Ministries Africa Ltd (CSMA) organizes Children’s Christmas Gift Party Celebrations for orphans and vulnerable in Uganda. The objective of the program is to enable less privileged children and widows’ share in the joy and blessing of Christmas by giving them tangible Christmas gifts of clothing, shoes, toys, scholastic materials, equipment, and other in-kind presents.

During these celebrations, children receive tangible Christmas gifts and presents donated by friends and well-wishers. The Children’s Christmas Gift Party celebrations is the organisation’s annual end of year thanks giving Christmas Gift Party for all children and widow-caregivers in Child Support Ministries Africa’s Childcare and Support Program in Uganda, aimed at providing decent tangible Christmas gifts and in-kind items to Children and widows in Uganda.

10. The LOG Conversations with Fred Muwema this Friday

Tune in to learn more about the League of the Genuine (LOG) and the fight against Counterfeits (a.k.a fakes) with Fred Muwema.

This event will be streaming live on FaceBook, YouTube and all LOG social media platforms this Friday. This event is hosted by Anti Counterfeit Network Africa.
