01. Queen Elizabeth National Park to use ‘Bomb Pistols’ as a measure to counter check stray animals
As a way to control stray wildlife from contacting neighboring communities, Uganda’s biggest national park, Queen Elizabeth N.P has launched the use of bomb pistols, a measure they hope will effectively care away the animals. 02. KLM resumes flights to Dar es Salaam route
The restoration of KLM scheduled commercial operations to the Dar es Salaam route comes at a time Tanzania relaxed on the Tourism sector in the month of May where flights that ferry in Tourists to Tanzania were allowed as the Airport was reopened under guidelines from the Ministry of health together with Tanzania Ministry of Natural Resources and Tourism as implementation of Covid-19 Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) was to be enforced to avoid further spread of the coronavirus from both international tourists and the crew both at the Airport and those in the tourism and hospitality sector as their health and safety is key priority. 04. Jambojet plans to return back to the Skies in Mid-July
Kenya’s low-cost regional airline Jambojet is planning a return to the skies beginning next week. As President Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday, revealed a gradual reopening of the country’s economy, this Tuesday, the carrier issued a statement saying it would resume flights to five local destinations beginning July 15th. 06. Covid-19 lockdown affecting Ugandan Wildlife with poaching instances on the rise

07. Ugandan tourism will bounce back stronger- Tourism Minister
