On Friday 1st March, a group of Uganda’s travel bloggers joined the airtel 4G tour that commenced from Kampala to Luwero via Nakasongola, Kigumba, Bweyala, Kamdini Corner, Gulu, Dokolo, Soroti, Mbale, Jinja and back to Kampala on Saturday 2nd March, as they attested to the new airtel 4G experience, many were seen pimping their social profiles while enjoying the 4G trip.
Traveling is fun but sharing trip moments is more amazing and as such, one needed better internet to do all that.
The group also made a quick stop at Karuma Falls Dam for some slaying moments before proceeding to Murchison Falls National Park where they enjoyed pictorial moments of the wild.
After Murchison Falls National Park, their next stop was Gulu to grab some night life experiences while touring the likes of Michelles Bar, BJz among other night spots for some entertainment and drink outs.
From memory lane trips in Northern Uganda, the team on Saturday made stopovers in Mbale as they toured a few tourist centers in the land of ‘’Imbalu’’ before heading to Jinja from where they visited the great source of the River Nile, explored some Jinja nightlife experience at Jinja’s most celebrated hangouts before embarking on their final Kampala destination for drop-offs.
Technology has really taken space in the 21st century and with the introduction of airtel’s latest generation technology, gone are the days when communication and travel were limited due to lack of communication.
