Dubai based flights group service- Emirates Airways recently bagged another award at Skytrax world Airlines Awards for the 14th year in a row. They also managed to scoop a service excellence award for best airline staff service in the Middle East for 2018.
The awards are given based on global benchmark of airline excellence, the results airline had were decided by more than 20 million customers across 100 countries and survey reviewed over 335 airlines from August 2017 till May 2018.
