Flydubai has added Batumi to its seasonal summer flight schedule. The carrier currently operates flights to Tbilisi International Airport (TBS) in Georgia, while it will also operate three flights per week to Batumi International Airport (BUS) between 12 May and 1 September.

Jehun Effendi, Senior Vice President, Commercial Operations and Ecommerce at flydubai, said: “We are delighted to re-launch our flights to Batumi, which have been a favourite summer destination for our travelers in previous years.

“We remain focused on adding more travel options this summer as international travel restrictions are expected to be eased. The flights are available for reservation on flydubai.com. In addition, travelers will have a choice of full flydubai holiday packages.

Batumi is the second largest city in Georgia, located in the southwestern region of the country. The city is a popular tourist destination.

This summer, flydubai’s number of destinations will increase to 79 in 46 countries.

Batumi flights will be part of the code-shared flights with Emirates Airlines, providing travellers with connections across the Dubai hub to 155 destinations between Emirates and flydubai’s network.
