Reigning Misses Uganda Sylvia Namutebi Allibhai has set off to Las Vegas, USA today Thursay, 06th January 2021 where she will represent Uganda in the soon to commence 43rd Mrs. World pageant.
At the beauty peagant, Namutebi will be taking on more than a hundred other beauty queens from countries all over the world. The competition will run under the theme, “Celebrating the uniqueness of married women.”
Namutebi was clowed Miss Uganda as a twenty-two-year-old a few years back and also won the Mrs. Uganda beauty pageant as a married mother in 2021. The two-time beauty queen earlier on represented Uganda at Miss world 2011 and returned to the beauty queen world in 2021 when she was crowned Mrs.Uganda.
The World pageant is slated to take place at the Westgate Resort, Las Vegas Resort in the State of Nevada USA.
Through her social media platforms, the beauty queen asked Ugandans to vote for her and many of her fans have showed her love and support in her journey.
The beauty queen also runs Smile with Sly, an organisation that supports and empowers single mothers, single parent homes, and helps mothers in maginalized communities of Uganda.
