The challenge is an annual virtual trading competition that targets students from higher learning institutions. According to USE CEO, Paul Bwiso, the challenge is aimed at raising awareness amongst the younger people on how to invest on the stock market hence creating a saving culture.

Robin Ahimbisibwe came first winner walking away with a ten Million shillings virtual capital, whereas Nashir Jombe won five million shillings worth of virtual capital and Martha Rukundo emerged last with a two and a half million shillings capital.

The three were considered by a panel of judges to have made the soundest investment decisions on reasons they gave for trading as well as their portfolio balance and valuation.

It was noted that most students concentrated their investments in one instrument and never practiced diversification.
