The Brussels Airlines’ canceled flight came on short notice just hours prior  to travel whilst most passengers had anticipated to travel between Entebbe International Airport and Brussels Airport where some could have connect flights to parts of the United States of America and the rest of the World.

The Airline suggests it will not be re-embarking on passenger repatriation flights soon until the Government of Uganda reopens International commercial air travel upon reopening Entebbe International Airport for commercial flight operations.

In the same context, the United States of America Embassy in Uganda therefore advises all her citizens planning to fly back home that all scheduled repatriation flights from Entebbe to the Americas and other parts of the World remain subject to ultimate approval by the Government of Uganda and therefore should be glued on the lookout for flight changes by the Embassy and travel agencies.
