Roast & Rhyme proves Kampala’s number one Family Day out.

Over the Weekend, quarterly edition of the Roast and Rhymes this time around in the 5th Edition was the only programme as all roads led to Jahazi Pier, Munyonyo for yet another great experience. This time dubbed ‘’Soul on Strings’’ was a true stress reliever as a line-up of super artistes entertained revellers.

As a fully packaged Family day out event, every one enjoyed their bit of moment from kids to adults as the kids play area was fully enjoyed by kids as parents enjoyed Nyama Choma roasting and favourite drinks.

The Legendary Kabuye Ssemboga was the headline Act of the day as he took audience of both new and old generations memory lane to great songs like; Ebisanyi on a new remix featuring Bruno K, Sheila, Onyambanga Mukama, Kangume and Julie Tambula.

Myko Ouma and the Band also took stage and played their favorite instruments as revellers danced to every beat, Maurice Kirya who also took the lead stage thereby closing show down with his Mwoyo music as he performed the best R N B / Soul music that took down many hearts especially the female fans.

The event was also attended by other celebrities as DJ Cream De-la cream mixed great vibes on every performance break.

Comedian Patrick Salvador Idringi and Mr Mosh from Galaxy also took stage in a 15 seconds instrumental and blended on a dancehall riddim as Mc of the day Roger Mugisha and audience got entertained.
