State Of The Art Multimedia Trucks To Deliver NRM Steady Progress Message

Political strategists are looking at new ways they can effectively communicate to the masses who will be going to poll centers to make their political choices.
On 18th February Ugandans will kick off a lengthy season of voting when they queue up to elect the next president. This means that people in charge of candidate’s communication are effective and appealing.
To nail it, a team of young strategists charged with handling President Yoweri Museveni communication at rallies have thought of something new.
The National Resistance Movement (NRM) is taking no chances this campaign period and is devising ways to communicate their steady progress message well and fend off opposition.
President Yoweri Museveni, the presidential candidate for NRM, campaign team are turning to State of the art Multimedia trucks to extensively spread the party’s ideology, achievement and campaign messages.
Museveni youth Campaign team led by Hassan Mukiibi and Janet ayine introduced LED trucks in Ibanda and Kiruhura districts. The trucks were brought to showcase Museveni achievements to the people during the campaigns. They contain double side full color LED screens with lifting system and a rear side, an intergrated generator and air condition cabinet with a control and operating system.
The trucks first made an appearance at the presidents’ rallies in Mbarara, Kiruhura and Kashaari, giving the president more reach.
The National Resistance Movement youthful campaign team is getting more innovative and it is beginning to pay off.
The yellow trucks are used to play video and audio messages that explain the ideology of the ruling party as the crowds wait for the president arrival and after he has left.
This gives the party chance to interact with the voters extensively and in a fun way. The now will be used in other parts of the country as the campaign gets busy and nears its clim.
